Become A Vendor

Calling all coffee roasters, cafes, tea shops, bottled beverage companies, food vendors and relative retailers!

Don’t miss being a part of the Midwest’s largest hybrid coffee event for consumers and retailers. Engage with more than 1,500 coffee lovers and share their passion for coffee and community.

Note: There are a limited number of available booth spaces. Not every applicant is guaranteed a booth. All applicants will be contacted and notified if they have been approved.

Perfect for most vendors, it provides a 10×10 booth space, table, two chairs, skirting, and power upon request (power based on availability).

If you need a little more space than the standard booth for demonstrations or tons of great product, this booth is it. Includes two tables, access to power on request, skirting, and a 20 X 10 booth space.

More than 1,500 fans of all things coffee are expected at the 3rd annual Siouxland Coffee Festival, coming from a radius of 150+ miles.

The Siouxland Coffee Festival hours are 10 AM to 3 PM, with limited early entry at 9:30 AM. All vendors should be ready for attendees by 9:30 AM.

ALL food and beverage vendors are expected to provide free samples to attendees. You are free to sample and demonstrate anything you think highlights your shop/product/brand best. Larger servings of any coffees/beverages may be sold, as well as food items. Any other items (coffee beans, coffee equipment, branded clothing, etc.) are excellent to include.

More information about the Siouxland Expo Center and parking can be found on their website siouxcityconventioncenter.com.

Signage identifying each vendor for attendees will be provided at each booth, but you are welcome to be as creative in your set up as you like.

Power can be made available to most booths. Please be sure to indicate if you will need power.
